Nothing like taking on some joyous stress to start off the year, especially when you’re a fixating type of person who can’t just work on a project a little at a time. We’re making headway with wedding planning and home buying mechanics, and the next few months are going to be exciting and VERY full times.
The title is a reference to the movie The Last Starfighter, before Alex (our hero) races out and defeats the Kodan Armada to save the universe. I’m adopting it as a mantra for the times when I begin to get overwhelmed by what I’m trying to accomplish over the next few months.
So, pardon me if posting becomes a little scarce again. I’m sure you don’t want all the details of wedding planning, mortgage financing, house hunting, and the like. (Advice is, however, always welcome.)
