Mission: Accomplished

by Mike on 2/1/2006

January’s entry, Lapsang Souchong-smoked Stuffed Cornish Game Hen, won the monthly TeaChef competition. I’m thrilled, or chuffed as the Brits would say (I’ve been stuck in global workshops all week). Thanks to everybody who voted, and thanks especially to the folks who helped spread the word.

I couldn’t be happier right now.  Please consider buying some of Adagio’s wonderful, amazing quality teas.

Congrats! I usually roast a chicken on Sunday nights. I think I found a substitute! It sounds so fancy but looks so basic. It has a zen quality that a tea recipe should have.

Good job!

PS, there is a stove-top smoker on clearance at Target.

I KNOW that my vote is what took you over the top! I think that we choose this for the dinner of his choice that you gave Al for Christmas last year!
