Okay, found you through christine (i knit with her on fridays. she knows me, i'm not a freak, promise) since hubby (ex-chef) and i are big foodies, love the food stuff. not a big coffee drinker (hubby is,definitely) but interesting about the stock. nice to see someone else toil over a good pot of stock for a change. i made 11 quarts of seafood stock for gumbo last week (ended up with 20 quarts of gumbo total). It only took me 6 hours from start to finish for the whole thing. good times. yum.
