		<description>Sounds like an interesting conference.  My nonprofit organization, launched a 2.0 community website at http://scidorchester.org.  We see it as a key tool for building community at a local level, combining online &amp; face-face interactions.  It is a lot of work getting a new site like this going.  In our case we have a big network but getting people to see the web as a tool for interaction is new.</description>
