The business travel draws to a close. Plus – Chicken! In a pot! It’s way better than it sounds – often it’s the simple things that we overlook.

While there’s plenty of me to love, maybe there’s a tad too much. Evaluating the Weight Watcher’s point system and trying to incorporate this into my cooking without radically changing everything. Plus, an inspired take on a classic French dish using parsnips in place of potato – fantastically yummy!
