Beef is fine. I can handle beef. No lamb.

I haven’t been here in a while. We are so NOT having pizza on the next knit night. I’ll even spring for groceries. I think you should start researching cassoulet recipes, preferably with lamb instead of beef. I’ll help. It’ll be fun. We can torture Christine with weird smells. Hee Hee. No don’t tell her I said that.

When I was a freshman at Rice, a cute boy brought me chicken soup when I was sick, and he described it as Greek chicken soup. It was very lemony. And I LOVED it. I’ve always meant to come up with a vegetarian version of it, now that I don’t eat chicken anymore. I think this might be a palce to start, with some mushroom or veggie broth. Like Greek egg drop soup.

But for now, I’m going to go eat the tortilla soup I already have.
