Mom's looking! You like berries????!!!! Showing a lot of common sense and developed palate.....and that you are, indeed, my child! If I arrive with plate and fork in hand, can I help you, Christine, and Jason finish off the tart? I'm more into eating than cooking. Photos are awesome, I might add. I can taste them.

Um, dude? When do I get to come over and sample your cooking? Because HOLY MOLY. That tart looks incredible.

Also, I'd already admired Christine's work on her web site, but holy moly again. I'm going to have to invent a reason to book a session with her. What gorgeous pics!!

Sounds like a really good book to have on hand. That tart looks amazing. My mind get's trapped thinking up solutions to things too, sometimes food related, sometimes design, sometimes written. But it's fun regardless. Creativity can take many forms and you've got a really potent muse.

I just started reading Ratio...I'm really getting into it and am really excited to try out the recipes. I've already been making my own bread for a while, but in the winter when I start opening up my jam stores I'm really looking forward to some flaky homemade biscuits. :D

The tart looks gorgeous. I don't quite know what to make of you not liking berries as I'm quite addicted to them (all fruit, really), but I'm glad you've found a way to enjoy them. (Now I am going to have to get you into jam-making, lol)
