I have 19 points to play with and have lost 27 lbs - slowly, over more than a year. I prefer the Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches for my filler 2 points at the end of the day. I have sooooo many suggestions if you need/want recipes. Hints: 12 M&M's = 1 pt. 12 Raisinets. 12 Mike and Ikes. 24 goldfish crackers. Sushi is AWESOME. Guinness is a light beer. Cottage cheese is remarkable in a baked potato (for extra flavor toss in some feta...) Kashi GoLean is quite delicious. Good luck, and love to swap recipes!

I have had the same problem when I started WW - before I got pg, of course. In the beginning, by dinner time I was having to eat huge portions of food in order to get all my points in. I resolved it by really beefing up my breakfasts - healthy choices still, but where before I would have something worth 2 or 3 points, I made breakfast count for at least 6 points. Then I was sustained enough to make healthy, reasonable, low point lunches and then a reasonable dinner as well. I usually needed one snack during the day, too. I found that eating a really good breakfast made a HUGE difference in my "diet" - though remember, WW isn't a diet, it's a way of life!! Good Luck! I plan to get back on WW once the baby is born - it works and I'll be keeping up with your progress!!

That's a good idea Katie. Can't wait to see what you are cooking up Mike. We are trying to eat healthier too, so I'm on the look out for delicious thing I want and need to eat :) Keep up the good work. (No sugar Klondike! Mmmm.)

My suggestion is to up your protein intake at each meal to raise points. It will make you feel fuller. Also eating your protein first helps.
