Rouxbe, a longtime friend of this blog, is an excellent online resource for all manner of cooking information. They’ve recently launched the Rouxbe Cooking School, which fills my longtime dream of having a full cooking curriculum available without having to quit my job and go back to school. To celebrate, and to save me time tomorrow, I’m making their pizza dough recipe.

Testing widgets

I’m not necessarily one to sprinkle widgets across this site. It introduces a dependency on another site being alive, and doesn’t necessarily perform (in fact, it rarely does). However, this one was interesting. So, I’m posting it here, and if it proves interesting, it’ll become a widget.
